Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager for our Operations team, specifically focused on outbound sales in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales operations, with hands-on experience in the insurance process. This role is based in Navi Mumbai, Ghansoli.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives to achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of performance.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals.
- Process Optimization: Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet their targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly in the insurance domain.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, team productivity, and other key metrics to senior management.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in an outbound sales environment, specifically within the insurance industry.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
