Description
The primary purpose of RM role is to offer customized insurance solutions to customers, catering to their financial needs, and acting as the key interface between the customer and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Sales:
- Conduct direct sales activities by meeting customers through scheduled appointments at their offices or homes.
- Effectively present and sell insurance products tailored to meet the financial needs of customers.
Lead Management:
- Ensure all leads and appointments provided by the call center are promptly attended to, and conversion to revenue is achieved.
- Proactively source leads independently to meet self-sourcing targets.
Reporting and MIS:
- Maintain and update daily sales calls, lead utilization, and conversion data in the LMS (Lead Management System).
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and business metrics.
Specific Authorities:
- Financial: NA
- Non-Financial: Responsible for driving and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Performance Indicators:
- New Business Target Achievement: 100%
- Renewal Business: 85% or higher

Financial Market Knowledge:
- Understanding of financial markets and the ability to articulate the benefits of insurance products within that context.
Sales Process Implementation:
- Ability to effectively implement and follow the sales process from lead generation to closure.

- Capability to develop and execute business plans to meet sales targets.

- Awareness of competitor offerings and the ability to position the company’s products effectively.

- Internal:
- Branch Operations: Collaborate to coordinate business logins and manage policy details.
- IT - Application: Work closely with the IT team to address operational requirements related to LMS and affiliate campaigns.

If undergraduate then CTC is upto 2.8 Lakhs and if graduate then CTC is upto 4 Lakhs maximum (Depends upon interview). " "Experience: 1 to 3 yrs of Sales Experience (Preferably from Life Insurance Sales / Sales Experience from Broking Channel) Candidates having life insurance knot Postedwledge will be an added advantage The bike is a must"
