Sr. Relationship Executive (Direct Marketing)

The Relationship Executive is a key role responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with Aditya Birla Capital's operations and sales backend teams to generate leads, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is directly tied to the profitability of the team through achieving sales targets and maintaining policy persistence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Closure:

   • Generate leads and work collaboratively with Aditya Birla Capital's operations and sales backend teams to take these leads to closure.

2. Sales Target Achievement:

   • Take ownership of achieving the sales targets set by the company.

3. Insurance Sales:

   • Be assigned or tagged to an Aditya Birla Capital Branch, where you will sell Birla Sun Life Insurance policies to existing or former customers of Aditya Birla Capital.

4. Relationship Management:

   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and business growth.

5. Policy Persistence:

   • Ensure high persistence rates for the policies sold, contributing to the overall profitability of the team.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the BSFI domain, with a preference for candidates currently working in this sector.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial services.
