Description
To determine, enforce, and expand new value additions for the organization by managing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and campaigns for clients, ensuring the delivery of sales objectives.
- Manage all aspects of print production, receipt, and distribution for promotional materials.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines and explore ways to enhance existing products and services.
- Increase profitability by formulating annual and gross-profit plans, including forecasting annual sales quotas for regions.
Collections & Cash Management:
- Manage collections for 0-12 Months on Book (MOB) and beyond, with a focus on achieving 100% collection efficiency as required by the organization.
- Handle cash management in accordance with SHDFC policies with utmost integrity.
Performance Management:
- Contribute to branch performance by aligning efforts with the branch balance scorecard and supporting overall performance targets.
DSA & Partner Management:
- Create and manage new DSA relationships, including Corporate DSAs and Lead Partners, and maintain existing relationships as per business requirements.
- Establish and manage relationships with affordable housing builders and brokers to generate quality home loan leads.
Compliance & Updates:
- Stay updated with the latest SHDFC policies, products, pricing, and processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide timely and accurate information about customers, properties, sellers, and other relevant details to maintain transparency.
Lead & File Management:
- Manage leads, track Work In Progress (WIP) files, review rejected cases, monitor Suspicious Under Development (SUD) files, and ensure timely disbursements and PDD collections.
- Resolve instrument unavailability cases within stipulated timelines.
Customer Service & TAT:
- Ensure First Time Right (FTR) from login to disbursement, providing excellent customer service with the best possible Turnaround Time (TAT).
Key Competencies:
Sales & Persuasion:
- Demonstrated ability to sell and persuade customers confidently.
Communication:
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the regional language (desirable).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and web-based systems.
Personality:
- A pleasant and well-groomed personality that reflects professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3-7 years in sales, preferably in financial services, with experience in home loans, mortgage loans, or loans against property.
