Description

The Field Sales Executive (FSE) is responsible for driving sales of merchant payment solutions, including QR codes, EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines, and other related products, in the open market. The role involves actively engaging with potential merchants, understanding their payment needs, and offering appropriate solutions to enhance their payment processing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential merchants in the assigned territory who could benefit from payment solutions such as QR codes and EDC machines.
  • Merchant Acquisition: Actively approach and acquire new merchants in the open market, explaining the benefits of the payment solutions and converting them into clients.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct on-site demonstrations of QR codes, EDC machines, and other merchant payment products, showcasing their ease of use and benefits.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively selling merchant payment solutions to a variety of merchants.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Onboarding & Training: Assist newly acquired merchants with the onboarding process, including installation, setup, and training on how to use the payment solutions effectively.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive information to the sales management team.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all merchant documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to merchants, addressing any issues or concerns related to the payment solutions, and ensuring a smooth transactional experience.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, merchant interactions, and sales performance, and regularly report to the Sales Manager.
