Description

The Branch Manager - Direct Sales will be responsible for offering customized insurance solutions to customers to meet their financial needs, acting as the interface between the customer and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Sales:

    • Conduct direct sales activities by meeting customers through scheduled appointments at their offices or homes.
    • Ensure that leads and appointments allocated by the call center are attended to promptly, resulting in revenue generation.
  • Target Achievement:

    • Achieve self-sourcing targets by generating leads independently and closing sales.
    • Ensure business reporting, including daily updates on sales calls, lead utilization, and conversion rates in the LMS (Lead Management System).
  • Team Management:

    • Recruit Field Sales Executives (FLS) to ensure capacity utilization and expand the team.
    • Allocate, track, and ensure the closure of leads generated by the call center.
    • Drive various Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives at the team level.
    • Provide coaching and support for FLS through joint sales calls to enhance their performance.
