To build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks, ensuring the achievement of insurance sales targets through the banca channel. The role involves working closely with bank staff to identify and meet the financial needs of customers, offering suitable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner banks, ensuring alignment with the bank's objectives.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the insurance company and the bank partners.
    • Regularly engage with bank staff to understand customer needs and provide appropriate insurance products.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • Drive insurance sales through the banca channel by leveraging relationships with bank staff.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
    • Develop and execute joint marketing and sales strategies with bank partners to enhance business opportunities.
  • Training and Support:

    • Provide training to bank staff on insurance products, processes, and sales techniques.
    • Conduct regular workshops and refresher sessions to keep bank staff updated on new products and sales strategies.
    • Assist bank staff in closing high-value insurance deals by providing necessary support and guidance.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities within the banca channel and work with bank partners to capitalize on them.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve sales strategies.
    • Implement new initiatives to enhance the productivity of the banca channel.
  • Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and company standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development efforts.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and relationship management activities to senior management.

  • Sales Target Achievement: 100%
  • Relationship Management: High level of satisfaction and engagement with bank partners.
  • Training Effectiveness: Improved knowledge and sales capability among bank staff.
  • Compliance: Adherence to regulatory and company guidelines in all sales activities.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in bancassurance or insurance sales.
    • Experience in relationship management or sales through a banking channel is highly desirable.
