As a Territory Manager - Chief Business Mentor, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and managing a team of Business Managers (BMs) and Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs). Your primary objective will be to drive business growth through effective team management, ensuring that BMs and PFAs meet their earning targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and policy persistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Launch:

    • Recruit and onboard Business Managers (BMs) to build a strong team.
    • Ensure BMs recruit, appoint, and train Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs).
  • Team Management:

    • Conduct regular meetings with BMs and PFAs to keep them informed about new earning opportunities and enablement initiatives.
    • Ensure that BMs and PFAs receive adequate training from the training team to perform effectively in their roles.
    • Drive BMs and PFAs to achieve their earning goals, thereby contributing to your personal business targets.
  • Lead Management:

    • Work on leads allocated from the Head Office in SAMS and ensure they are followed up and updated regularly.
  • Customer Engagement:

    • Protect the existing customer base by engaging with customers and maintaining high policy persistency.
    • Handle and resolve any complaints from team members or customers in a timely and proper manner.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    • Regularly monitor and assess the performance of BMs and PFAs, providing necessary support and guidance to ensure they meet their targets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Agency Life Insurance channel.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of BMs and PFAs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle team and customer issues effectively.
  • Customer Orientation: Deep commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs.
